Do I need a boat driving licence?

Definitely not. Most of our boats can be operated by adults without a boat license. Just before departure, our trained staff shows you and explains everything you need to know to enjoy a beautiful, pleasant and safe ride.

If I cancel my reservation, do I get refund?

Absolutely, providing the cancellation is made no later than two days prior the date of booking. No refund is possible after this period. If for some reason (very strong wind, for example) we cancel your reservation, then you have the option of a refund or change the date of the reservation.

Is it safe enough?

As long as you follow the instructions that will be given to you before you start, there is no problem at all. The sea around and close to the island is safe and poses no danger like reefs, strong currents or large fishes.In addition, all our boats are equipped with all life saving equipment according to the instructions of the port authority

What if the boat experiences a mechanical problem?

Although our boats are in excellent condition and thoroughly maintained, engine problems may occur. In that case we will come very quickly and if we can not fix the problem then we will tow you safely back to base. You will not be charged unless you have abused the boat, for example by continuing to drive at maximum speed. There may also be a charge if you are out of distance limits.

Do I have to make a payment Immediately at booking?

Not at all. You can pay at the spot upon arrivall to pick up the boat. However, in order for a reservation to be considered confirmed, you will have to pay a 30% deposit to our bank account.

Is the fuel included in the price?

Of course. You always get the boat with the fuel tank full. However, for security reasons, we you get a spare fuel tank with an extra charge ,in case that you use it, depending on the duration of the rental.

Can I go everywhere with the boat?

There are specific limits to which the boat is allowed to go within. From "Antony Quinn" bay until the "red sand" beach there are a lot of places that you can discover and enjoy. You must also travel less than half a mile from the coast.
